LACE 2013 YEAR OF THE SNAKE SHOW IN CHINATOWN

Last weekend we were part of the 2013 Year of the Snake Show in Chinatown and I want to thank Lyhn and Bill for putting on the most amazing show. We had tons of fun and we met some amazing people that have become friends. The parades, music, fire crackers, food trucks, vendors, and the magic of Chinatown came alive on these two great days.

The Dragon Dancers that dance all day giving local businesses good luck for this year. There variation in color and style was inspirational. We enjoyed celebrating the Chinese New Years along the vendors and the people that came out to support the show.

At our Booth we had some new Enky Mini Plush and for the first time Prints for sale. The First set was the Enky Turtles as you on the above picture there framed, sign, and only $10 and this included a set of special edition pins.

We have them up on our Big Cartel Website now for only $10 Each (Framed) (A Set for $30 Framed) $5 Un-framed all include a set of Special Edition Pins 20 left.

As you can see the Mini Enky's and Mini Dino's where all over our table on Saturday we ran out of Blue Colored everything. We stayed up all night to make brand new Blue Plush for Sunday it was fun making new plush.

As you can see we were also joined by Chelsybear (AKA Elsy Mendez) Who had tons of new Push Designs as well as cute Wizard of Oz Pins to die for. Visit her Facebook and Etsy Shop at:

Our Neighbors where DLE Cosmetics whose ingredient where all made with natural ingredients. They also had an awesome guys chap stick that i have been using since Sunday. With an awesome light up feature these girls where awesome. Please check out there Facebook at:

Design Con and Collaboration

Hello everyone on this awesome Wednesday night from all of us here at EnkySkulls. We are now officially named Enkyskulls as you can see and we have been busy creating the new generation of Enky's and Dinos. Some other great news is that we have a booth at Designer Con 2012 where we are going to have new plush, prints, pins, and a very fun contest for some very amazing prizes. We are being join by Chelsybear (a.k.a Elsy Mendez) and Jazzo (a.k.a Jasmin Miranda) both will bring some really cool plush and prints for all of you guys to enjoy.  We will also have a D-Con Exclusive which will be a secret until one week before Designer Con 2012. So buy your tickets and come join us and the other 150 vendors with unique and special art. Designer Con 2012 will be on November 2, 2012. I will have more blogs and pictures of the process of making and Enky and Dino's.

In other news I've been working with a local artist called Kwestonart (a.k.a Chito Arellano. A amazing artist that also design our new logo for EnkySkulls so thank you very much for that. We are collaborating on some new Enky Specials based on Chito's designs. Our first Enky and Kwestonart collaboration is on this really cool Night Wing Enky that you can purchase at http://kwestonestore.bigcartel.com/  you get a plush, pin, and print/canvas art.

As you can see from this picture Kwestonart is a great artist so please check out his stuff on his Big Cartel shop as well as his blog spot at http://kwestone.blogspot.com/. He has some awesome art work that i need to buy myself. We will be working on another collaboration Plush so keep tuning in for that.
